KNV Institute of Business Management has been organized by Matushri K N Vekaria Education and Charitable Trust, Rajkot. The following is the organizational chart and process.
 
  ORGANIZATION :  
 
Matushri K N Vekaria Education and Charitable Trust, Rajkot, has organized KNV Institute of Business Management, Rajkot. Total organization of trust is running by coordination, co operation and expatriation to develop and establish KNV Institute of Business Management at Rajkot. The working process of organization is totally under supervision and confirmation of chairman reach to the principal of institute by secretary of trust. Every policy matter is decided in meeting of trust and its implements done by secretary of the trust. The decision of day to day development of institution and trust , implementation of policy work is done by Trustee

Organization of KNV Institute of Business Management is on the base of channel, discipline, hard work, scientific approach and co ordination. Principal is the Head of every activity. NATURE AND EXTENT OF INVOLVEMENT OF FACULTY AND STUDENTS IN ACADEMIC AFFAIRS/ IMPROVEMENTS

 
 
Faculties are involved in teaching, Students assessment and evaluations, assists in departmental administration regarding development of resources required as per academic aspects prescribed in syllabus. Faculties are involved in research work, extra curricular activities like organizing seminars/ workshops etc. Faculties keep themselves updated through research literature and reflect their knowledge in developing new skill and new practical in laboratories. Students are involved in attending the regular classes, as well as given minor projects, and assignments related to academic curriculum and allied to industry. Students celebrates different festivals, organizes functions, Debate, sports and indoor games under supervision of faculties. Students appear internal exam and University exams. Etc.

Visits to industries, hospital, blood banks etc. are arranged.

Students are let to interact with the dignitaries of social and behavioral sciences, industrialists, corporate sector professionals etc. with a view to develop their personality, for their future role as a Gentle man of the field.
